2800 Series Wafer-style static mixers are the first choice when selecting an H2O Rx's Westfall static mixer.
This is our standard mixer that slots between two flanges for space saving mixing and low material costs. Excellent mixing is achieved within 10 pipe diameters of the mixer.
Installation is simply by clamping the mixer between two flanges.
The unique design of the 2800 Series Wafer-style static mixer provides effective mixing with many advantages over traditional static mixers.
The advantages are:
- High performance mixing - CoV of 0.05 or better
- Published headloss - kV of 32.59 or better
- Short laying length - wafer-style mixer installed between two flanges
- Simple installation
- Material and freight costs are minimised
- Ports to connect to chemical injection assembles are built in to the outside ring of the mixer. Unless otherwise specifed.
- Sustainable - no maintenance or energy costs
- Easy to clean
- Minimal or zero ragging
- CFD reports available
- White Papers available
